In 1976 Armando Coppola opened Rodolfo's Pizzeria & Restaurant & proudly operated his family business for 15 years. With loyal and hard working employees like the Valentino brothers, Vinny & Frank, it was only a matter of time before he handed over the ropes.

Finally a place in South Plainfield that actually makes GOOD PIZZA.I tried a slice of cheese pizza. It can literally compete with pizza joints in NYC. Thin crust , not alot of oil , and the cheese is just flavorful ( although a bit stringy, but hey personal preference ).

This is a great family owned business. The dining area is newly remodeled and has a nice modern, upscale feel to it. I highly recommend trying their specialty pizzas. I loved my gnocchi entree as well. The best part is that it's BYO.
